ZONE40 is a functional fitness meets high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) program, with each session tailored to a body zone and goal. We have fun, community-based, 40-min sessions in a small-group personal training format so we can focus on getting you your desired results. Our trainers ensure no-one is left behind in the sessions and our coaches work with you to define and track your goals.
